According to a recent Intel support report, Windows 11 public preview has been out for its users. It will most probably be coming to our devices in the production (stable) channel in October 2021. A bigger deployment is expected in next year, but when will that nobody knows. Again, though, it is likely to happen in the first quarter of the year. Windows 11 was officially introduced on June 24, but Microsoft hasn’t said when it would be available to customers who aren’t members of the Windows Insider program. Windows 11 is expected to get released in October 2021, according to a growing number of hints. That is, at least, the current strategy. According to rumors or hints released by Microsoft, Windows 11 will most likely come in October, probably in the third or fourth week of the month. Everyone is aware that Windows builds are categorized as “YYMM,” where it’s obvious that YY supports the two-digit format, and MM, on the other hand, stands for the projected release month.

The Chat app in Windows 11 is built on Teams.
Windows 11’s Chat app, which replaces Windows 10’s Meet Now, is built on Microsoft Teams 2.0, which has been rumored for quite some time. According to Microsoft, the built-in Chat app in Windows 11 will make it easier for users to interact with their family, close-ones, and business connections, regardless of whatever device they are using. Microsoft’s program manager Brandon LeBlanc stated on Twitter that Windows 11 would continue to employ the yyH2 code-naming scheme that Windows 10 customers are accustomed to. Windows 11 is all set to be released in the fall, and this new tidbit has raised the chances of a release in October 2021.
For example, you’ll be able to execute tasks like chatting or starting a presentation immediately from the taskbar. The Microsoft Teams client will primarily drive this experience, but it will be tailored to consumers, similar to how Skype is available to anyone.
The new Chat app will be pinned to the taskbar by default in Windows 11 consumer SKUs. However, users may turn it off via Settings or Group Policy Editor, similar to the existing Windows 10 Meet Now integration.
The following are the main advantages of the new Chat app:
• Connect with friends, family, and coworkers and cooperate.
• With simply a link, you can start a short call.
• All of your latest interactions are right at your fingertips.

Microsoft also suggests introducing Windows 10 version 21H2 with extra improvements in October 2021. Windows 10 version 21H2 builds on the “Vibranium” version of Windows, which is also applied in Windows 10 version 21H1 (May 2021 Update) and also in October 2020 Update (20H2). However, Windows 11 version 21H2 totally depends internally on a Windows version codenamed “Cobalt.”
Unlike Windows 10, Windows 11 will only receive a single feature update every year, and Microsoft has previously stated that new feature updates will be delivered in the second half of each year, meaning no new major updates will be released in the first half (April or May). The next major update for Windows 11 is called “version 22H2,” and it will be released in the second half of 2022.
According to a support document no longer available on the company’s website, this is the case. As a result, Microsoft will most likely complete Windows 11 feature upgrades in August or September ahead of the anticipated release in October or November in the coming years, with Insiders seeing them first.
