Global Availability and Expansion Plans
Lenovo plans to make the Lenovo 360 journeys for GSIs, AI, Data Management, and Education available to partners globally by April 2025 via the Lenovo Partner Hub. Meanwhile, Managed Service Providers can already take advantage of Lenovo 360 for MSPs in regions including Canada, the USA, Brazil, Mexico, the UK, Japan, India, and Australia.
As part of its ongoing commitment to innovation and support for its partners, Lenovo will introduce a range of new and updated tools and features for Lenovo 360 in the coming months:
- Lenovo 360 Communications Center: This new feature will allow partners to personalize their newsletter preferences for content and frequency, with a rollout beginning across select markets and full channel availability expected by March 2025.
- Lenovo 360 Marketing Center: Partners will have access to a comprehensive content creation platform, enabling them to customize campaigns and sales assets by audience. This digital self-service platform will be available globally by March 2025.
- Streamlined ‘Learn and Earn’ Opportunities: Over the next six months, Lenovo will simplify learn and earn criteria across programs, making it easier for managed tier partners to qualify for incentives and rewards.
- Lenovo 360 Solutions Hub Expansion: By February 2025, the Lenovo 360 Solutions Hub will expand to 47 markets, up from 35, supporting more than 50 channel-ready solutions in eight languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese.

Since its debut in 2022, the Lenovo 360 Global Partner Framework has simplified partner incentive programs by 63%, launched a comprehensive partner solutions enablement platform, and issued over 39,500 individual certifications and more than 10,000 partner-level accreditations through its partner education program tied to incentive tiering.
