During the recent Microsoft AI Tour, I had the opportunity to engage with several customers who are pioneering the use of Copilots to enhance human capabilities, democratize intelligence, and create substantial business value. Our discussions also delved into the concept of AI-first business processes, emphasizing the unique advantages that arise from combining the intuitive capabilities of Copilots with human ambition and the autonomous features of AI-driven agents. The outcomes achieved by our customers through practical innovation are truly inspiring, and I am excited to share ten remarkable stories from the past quarter that demonstrate the tangible benefits of using Copilots for AI transformation.

Accenture and Avanade have a longstanding history of delivering state-of-the-art solutions to customers, with internal testing being a crucial aspect of their strategy. By equipping their workforce with Microsoft 365 Copilot, they have unlocked new potential for increasing productivity.
