Understanding HashiTalks
HashiTalks is an annual virtual event organized by the HashiCorp Community team. It showcases a wide array of topics and speakers from around the world, making it a truly inclusive and global event. First launched in February 2019, HashiTalks has grown significantly, becoming a focal point for the community to exchange ideas and foster collaboration. This event is structured to follow the sun, meaning it virtually travels across different time zones, allowing diverse participation. Attendees have the unique chance to engage directly with speakers and community leaders through live chats, enhancing the interactive nature of the event.
The 2025 edition of HashiTalks will be conducted in English, with the inclusion of American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters to ensure accessibility for all. Beyond the main event, HashiCorp also hosts regional sessions throughout the year, conducted in various local languages. For instance, in 2024, HashiTalks took place in eight distinct geographic regions and was available in seven languages.
